Policies

Deborah keeps classes small so that students can receive the best possible instruction. Class fees must be paid in full at least 14 days in advance of the class start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For multi-day classes, a minimum $100 deposit is required to register for and hold a space in class. For one-day classes, a full tuition payment is required to register for and hold a space in class. All tuition and deposits are non-refundable. In the rare event that Deborah must cancel or reschedule a class due to reasons other than weather, enrolled students have the choice to be refunded their paid tuition, or to have their tuition applied toward a future class.

Attendance, Participation, Testing, Completion Forms

Students are expected to be present for and participate in the entire class. If you wish to register for a class that you know you will be absent for any part of, please Deborah to discuss before registering. Completion certificates will only be given to students who attend and participate in the entire class.

Most CE classes will conclude with an evaluation. Completion of the course is dependent upon a satisfactory evaluation as well as attendance for all training hours. Please note that award of continuing education hours in any class is based on the instructor’s judgment that the student is competent in providing safe and authentic bodywork and will represent the methods, tools, and knowledge taught with satisfactory ability.
